Sol Marinucci * Coco Nuez
Is an Illustrator and Textile Designer based in Argentina
Her present body of work includes illustrations for cultural projects, stationery, textile designs and product development.
She graduated with a degree in Textile Design at the University of Buenos Aires. She also studied at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion - UAL and soon after, worked as a textile designer in HombreLobo, exploring the oral legacy of precolumbian communities, patterns and exciting colour palettes before turning her focus to illustration.
A love of nature is prominent in her work, combined with elements of magic, bold colours and thoughtful details.
She is currently doing research on design and craftsmanship for the British Council's Crafting Futures programme.
Over the past 15 years, she has been curating the lectures and in charge of International Relations as an Art Manager in TRImarchi. She also curates the design and craft fairs and lectures in Club TRI.
When she is not working, she enjoys watching documentaries, snorkelling, baking cakes and going to bookshops.
